Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales management and marketing strategy within the media or film industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a diverse team.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and data analysis tools.
- Demonstrated track record of driving revenue growth and expanding market share.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is highly preferred.
