Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue and increase market share.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including potential retail partners, distributors, and private label manufacturing clients.
  • Manage and nurture long-term relationships with key accounts to ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales and marketing teams to exceed performance targets and KPIs.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and consumer insights to refine product positioning and marketing messaging.
  • Collaborate with product development and operations teams to align sales initiatives with production capabilities.
  • Manage the annual marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources across digital and traditional channels.
  • Prepare regular reports for executive leadership, detailing sales progress, market penetration, and ROI on marketing investments.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
  • Minimum 5-7 years of professional experience in Sales or Marketing, preferably within the cosmetic or FMCG industry.
  • Proven track record of success in B2B sales, business development, and market expansion.
  • Strong understanding of cosmetic manufacturing processes and industry-specific regulatory requirements in Indonesia.
  • Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with fluency in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
  • Advanced analytical skills, with proficiency in CRM software and data analysis tools.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a strategic mindset focused on sustainable business growth.
