Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive annual sales and marketing plans to achieve aggressive revenue targets.
- Lead and mentor the sales team to ensure high performance and service excellence.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities.
- Manage digital marketing channels, including social media, email campaigns, and website content to boost brand engagement.
- Coordinate with operations and management to align marketing activities with guest experience goals.
- Organize and oversee promotional events, partnerships, and advertising campaigns.
- Analyze sales metrics and customer feedback to optimize conversion rates and marketing ROI.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably within the hospitality or tourism sector.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage diverse teams.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools, social media management, and CRM software.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
