Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement strategic sales & marketing plans to achieve revenue targets and market growth
- Lead and mentor a high-performing sales team to drive bookings and corporate partnerships
- Oversee digital marketing initiatives including SEO, social media, and content creation
- Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and key stakeholders
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
- Manage marketing budget and ROI analysis for all campaigns and activities
- Collaborate with operations team to ensure seamless guest experience and service delivery
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years experience in sales/marketing management within hospitality sector
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing sales teams
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, CRM systems, social media)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages preferred
- Deep understanding of Bali tourism market and hospitality industry trends
