Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
- Manage relationships with key suppliers and partners to ensure effective supply development and chain optimization.
- Lead and mentor the marketing team to create impactful campaigns and brand awareness.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales and marketing efforts with company goals.
- Prepare accurate sales reports and forecasts for executive review.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and marketing management roles.
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and digital marketing tools.
- Understanding of supply chain dynamics and local market conditions in Malaysia.
