Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market expansion goals
- Lead marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels to increase brand awareness and lead generation
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify growth opportunities
- Manage and mentor the sales team to optimize performance and achieve KPIs
- Collaborate with product development teams to align marketing strategies with product offerings
- Monitor and report on sales performance, marketing ROI, and campaign effectiveness
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and distribution partners
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales and marketing management roles
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
- Expertise in market research, competitive analysis, and strategic planning
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams
- Proficiency in CRM software and marketing analytics tools
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Fluency in both Indonesian and English is required
