- Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies aligned with company growth objectives
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify new business opportunities
- Collaborate with marketing team to design and implement promotional campaigns across digital and traditional channels
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare regular sales performance reports for senior management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and strategic partners
- Optimize sales processes and CRM utilization to enhance team efficiency
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience with 2+ years in managerial/leadership role
- Proven track record of achieving/exceeding sales targets in Jakarta market
- Strong proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales analytics tools
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strategic thinking with ability to translate market insights into actionable plans
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and spoken)
