PT Indolux Prima Indonesia is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Specialist to join our team. We are a leading manufacturer specializing in high-quality plastic building materials, including PP Sheets, Fiber, Roofing Tiles (Atap Gelombang), and Plastic Wastafels. In this role, you will serve as the critical link between our factory operations and our network of distributors across Jakarta Raya. We are looking for a proactive individual who can drive revenue growth, manage key accounts, and expand our market presence. We offer a competitive compensation structure that includes a base salary along with attractive commissions and performance-based bonuses to reward top performers.
Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end sales process for building material products, specifically targeting distributors in the Jakarta Raya area.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new distributors to ensure high retention and loyalty.
- Promote and sell our core product line: PP Sheets, Fiber, Atap Gelombang (Roofing), and Plastic Wastafels to the construction industry.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, new business opportunities, and competitor activities.
- Coordinate with the production and logistics teams to ensure stock availability and timely delivery to clients.
- Prepare accurate sales reports, forecasts, and presentation decks for management review.
- Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions to educate distributors on product features and benefits.
- Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets to contribute to company growth.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in sales, preferably within the building materials, construction, or manufacturing industry.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence B2B clients.
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel extensively within Jakarta Raya.
- Familiarity with plastic products or construction materials is a strong advantage.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing distributor relationships.
