As the Sales & Marketing Manager, you will lead a high-performing team, develop innovative promotional campaigns, and build strong relationships with key stakeholders across the supply chain. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth in the eggs division.
- Manage relationships with distributors, retailers, and key accounts to maximize market penetration.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
- Oversee product branding, advertising campaigns, and promotional activities.
- Analyze sales data to provide insights for inventory management and strategic planning.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure product availability and quality standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Agriculture, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably within the FMCG or food industry.
- Strong understanding of egg production and distribution channels.
- Proven track record of leading sales teams and achieving KPIs.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel.
