Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies for fine chemical products across Southeast Asia
  • Lead marketing campaigns to increase brand visibility and generate qualified leads
  • Manage key accounts and negotiate complex contracts with industrial clients
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
  • Coordinate with R&D teams to align marketing strategies with product innovations

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Marketing, or Business Administration
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in B2B sales/marketing within the fine chemicals or specialty chemicals sector
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing key accounts
  • Strong understanding of chemical manufacturing processes and industrial applications
  • Advanced proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and digital marketing tools
  • Strategic market analysis skills with experience in developing go-to-market strategies
