Since our inception in Guangzhou, China, we have established ourselves as a leader in integrated manufacturing, and we are now seeking a bilingual talent to bridge the gap between our high-quality manufacturing solutions and our expanding market base.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand our market presence in Indonesia.
- Act as a primary point of communication between local clients and our Guangzhou-based manufacturing facilities.
- Identify and qualify new business leads through proactive market research and networking.
- Present and demonstrate our manufacturing capabilities to potential and existing clients.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial inquiry and proposal submission to contract negotiation and closing.
- Prepare regular sales reports and market analysis to provide insights for management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure client requirements are met efficiently.
Kualifikasi
- Proficiency in Mandarin (Business Level) and Bahasa Indonesia is mandatory; English is a plus.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, or Business Development, preferably in the manufacturing or industrial sector.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across cultures.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and business growth.
- Excellent understanding of CRM tools and sales reporting methodologies.
- A proactive, results-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently.
- Willingness to travel as required for client meetings and business operations.
