Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Identify and prospect potential clients through networking, cold calling, and digital outreach.
- Manage end-to-end sales cycles, from initial inquiry to closing and post-sale follow-up.
- Create and execute integrated marketing campaigns across social media, email, and traditional channels.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine sales and marketing approaches.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, lead generation, and campaign ROI for management.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless delivery of products and services to clients.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of proven experience in a Sales or Marketing role.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills with a customer-centric mindset.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools, social media management, and CRM software.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to travel within the Cebu region as required for client meetings and field activities.
