- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to maximize room revenue, group bookings, and ancillary services.
- Identify, acquire, and onboard new clients through networking, cold calling, and targeted digital outreach campaigns.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing partners to ensure repeat business and high customer loyalty.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to promote hotel events, special packages, and corporate contracts.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and performance metrics to adjust sales tactics and improve conversion rates.
- Coordinate with the operations and front-desk teams to ensure seamless service delivery and guest satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, client interactions, and revenue data in the company CRM system.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in sales and marketing within the hotel, resort, or tourism industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to negotiate effectively and persuade clients.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Valid Driver's License is required for field visits and client meetings.
- Creative mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment.
