Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve monthly/quarterly targets
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and competitive trends
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and distributors
- Design and implement creative marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels
- Analyze sales data and prepare performance reports for management review
- Collaborate with product teams to align marketing messaging with customer needs
- Participate in industry events to generate leads and enhance brand visibility
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales/marketing within telecommunications/cable industry
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills with ability to handle objections
- Proficiency in CRM software and digital marketing tools
- Excellent analytical skills with ability to interpret market data
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English communication
