Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the Bandung region
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
- Present products and services to potential clients in a compelling manner
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to meet company objectives
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns
- Track sales activities and maintain accurate customer relationship data
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in sales, marketing, or customer relationship management
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport
- Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills
- Familiarity with the Bandung market and local business landscape
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools
