Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the complete sales cycle from tender preparation to final agreement signing
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research and networking
- Conduct regular client meetings to understand needs and maintain strong relationships
- Prepare and present compelling sales proposals tailored to client requirements
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective promotional strategies

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales and marketing
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools
- Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
