You'll analyze market trends to identify growth opportunities, develop targeted sales campaigns, and present data-driven insights to stakeholders. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve monthly/quarterly targets
- Build and maintain client relationships with key distributors and end-users
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and competitive trends
- Prepare sales reports and presentations for management review
- Collaborate with product development teams to align sales strategies with market needs
- Coordinate with logistics to ensure seamless order fulfillment
- Represent the company at industry trade shows and promotional events
Kualifikasi
- Strong communication and sales abilities with English or Chinese proficiency
- Basic data analysis and presentation skills using Excel/PowerPoint
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- Minimum 2 years experience in B2B sales or marketing roles
- Understanding of nonwovens or manufacturing industry preferred
- Proven ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Proficient in CRM software and digital sales tools
