Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the pulp molding industry
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling promotional materials
- Prepare and present sales proposals, quotations, and contracts to clients
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management
- Participate in industry events and trade shows to expand company visibility
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in sales and marketing
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical abilities with a data-driven approach to decision making
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office applications
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of the pulp molding or manufacturing industry is a plus
