Tanggung Jawab
- Drive sales growth and achieve monthly/quarterly targets for premium cigar products
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth clients and corporate partners
- Execute strategic marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and competitive opportunities
- Represent the brand at industry events, tastings, and promotional activities
- Collaborate with team to develop promotional materials and brand strategies
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing (luxury goods/tobacco industry preferred)
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with client-facing experience
- Passion for premium products and understanding of cigar culture
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with team members
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and verbal)
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
