Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly property sales targets.
- Manage end-to-end sales cycles, from initial client outreach and property tours to contract closing.
- Curate and publish engaging property content across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok) to increase brand awareness.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential buyers, investors, and industry stakeholders.
- Provide detailed market analysis and feedback to the management team regarding property trends and customer preferences.
- Coordinate with the administrative team to ensure all legal documentation and sales contracts are prepared accurately.
- Handle client inquiries promptly and professionally through various communication channels.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year of professional experience in property sales or a related real estate marketing role.
- Proven expertise in managing social media accounts and executing digital marketing campaigns for property promotion.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence and close sales deals effectively.
- Proficiency in CRM software and digital content creation tools.
- High level of integrity, professional appearance, and a customer-centric mindset.
- Willingness to work flexibly, including weekends for property viewings or marketing events as required.
- Possess a valid driver's license and own vehicle is highly preferred.
