- Drive business growth by executing effective lead generation strategies and cold calling campaigns.
- Maintain and update the CRM database with accurate client information and interaction logs.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote company services and products.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and industry trends.
- Prepare and present weekly/monthly sales reports and performance metrics to management.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
- Meet and exceed individual sales targets and quotas.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- Proven track record in sales, customer service, or telemarketing.
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
