In this role, you will be the face of our brand, responsible for expanding our market presence and driving product penetration within the retail sector. We are looking for an ambitious individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses strong networking skills to build lasting relationships with our retail partners.

Tanggung Jawab
- Execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Conduct regular field visits to retail outlets to ensure optimal product availability and shelf presence.
- Actively perform product demonstrations and technical presentations for retail partners and potential clients.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies to provide actionable insights.
- Maintain and nurture strong relationships with existing retail accounts while identifying and onboarding new prospects.
- Ensure effective implementation of marketing campaigns and promotional activities at the store level.
- Prepare accurate sales reports and market analysis for regional management.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma (D3) degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in Sales or Marketing, preferably in the building materials, chemical, or FMCG industry.
- Possess excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market data and sales performance.
- Must be highly mobile, willing to travel within the Lampung area, and possess a valid motorcycle driving license (SIM C).
- Target-oriented, energetic, and highly self-disciplined.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and sales reporting tools.
