Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute creative retail marketing strategies to increase store traffic and conversion rates.
- Analyze daily sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth.
- Manage end-to-end promotional campaigns, from conceptualization to on-floor execution.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and retail partners.
- Monitor competitor activity and adjust strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure stock availability and visually appealing merchandise displays.
- Prepare regular performance reports and provide actionable insights to management.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in retail sales, marketing, or a related field.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a relevant discipline.
- Strong understanding of Jakarta’s retail landscape and consumer behavior.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in sales reporting tools and basic marketing analytics.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks under pressure.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Willingness to work on a contract basis in the Jakarta Barat area.
