Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand market share in pilgrimage services
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate and individual clients
- Collaborate with marketing team to create targeted promotional campaigns
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities
- Manage sales pipeline and achieve monthly/quarterly targets
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the booking process
- Train and mentor junior sales team members
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing role
- Strong communication and negotiation skills in Bahasa Indonesia
- Knowledge of religious tourism or travel industry preferred
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite
- Cultural sensitivity and understanding of Islamic practices
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Valid driver's license and willingness for local travel
