Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve monthly/quarterly targets
- Identify new business opportunities through market research and lead generation
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
- Collaborate with marketing team to design promotional campaigns and materials
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective customers
- Analyze sales performance data to optimize conversion strategies
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales or marketing
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite
- Excellent communication skills in both Indonesian and English
- Knowledge of packaging/manufacturing industry preferred
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
