- Identify and prospect potential clients for interior design services
- Present Yanz Interior's design solutions and services to potential customers
- Conduct effective follow-up with leads to convert them into paying clients
- Negotiate terms and close deals to achieve sales targets
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to expand the company's client base
- Maintain and nurture relationships with existing clients for repeat business and referrals
- Prepare regular sales reports and track performance metrics
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing, preferably in interior design or home improvement industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities
- Proficient in CRM software and digital marketing tools
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Knowledge of interior design trends and materials is a plus
