Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute sales strategies to expand market reach in Lampung region
- Build and maintain relationships with furniture retailers, distributors, and B2B clients
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and customer needs
- Coordinate product demonstrations and sales presentations for key accounts
- Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare weekly/monthly reports
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop promotional campaigns

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- Minimum 2 years experience in sales or marketing (furniture industry preferred)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Proven ability to develop client relationships and close deals
- Knowledge of Lampung's furniture market and retail landscape
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools
