- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve monthly revenue targets
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and follow-ups
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and industry trends
- Create compelling marketing campaigns to promote printing services and brand awareness
- Prepare customized proposals and presentations tailored to client needs
- Collaborate with production team to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction
- Monitor sales performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- Minimum 1-2 years of sales or marketing experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and CRM systems
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of printing industry preferred but not required
