Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve monthly/quarterly targets
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and needs analysis
- Collaborate with marketing team to design and implement promotional campaigns
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and competitive insights
- Prepare detailed sales reports and performance analytics for leadership review
- Represent Inovar at industry events and networking functions
- Train and mentor junior team members on sales methodologies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing roles
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strong analytical abilities with data-driven decision making
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office Suite
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English (both written and spoken)
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
