Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities and market trends
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular follow-ups, presentations, and contract negotiations
  • Collaborate with marketing team to create targeted promotional campaigns across digital and traditional channels
  • Prepare detailed sales reports and performance metrics using CRM systems to track conversion rates and ROI
  • Train and mentor junior sales staff on product knowledge, negotiation techniques, and customer service excellence
  • Organize and participate in industry trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to expand market presence

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred)
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B sales and marketing with proven track record of meeting targets
  • Advanced proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot) and digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush)
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with ability to articulate complex value propositions
