Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to promote Hajj and Umrah services
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs and concerns
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay competitive in the industry
- Create engaging content for various marketing channels including social media, email campaigns, and website
- Collaborate with the team to organize promotional events and community outreach programs
- Monitor sales performance and analyze data to optimize marketing campaigns
- Prepare regular reports on sales activities and marketing initiatives
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the tourism or religious services sector
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport with diverse clients
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate market trends and customer preferences
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and social media platforms
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of Islamic culture and practices related to Hajj and Umrah is a plus
