- Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets set by the management.
- Present and demonstrate product features and benefits to potential customers to drive conversions.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the CRM system.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and target demographics.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute effective promotional strategies.
- Follow up on leads promptly and negotiate terms to secure sales agreements.
- Provide exceptional after-sales service to ensure high customer satisfaction and retention.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of proven experience in sales or marketing roles.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Deep understanding of sales principles, negotiation techniques, and customer relationship management.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
- Knowledge of the local market dynamics in Jawa Timur is highly desirable.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
