In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for identifying, onboarding, and nurturing relationships with key partners, including individual drivers, rental agencies, taxi services, shuttle operators, and tourism transport providers.

Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and prospect potential partners, including drivers, rental companies, and taxi services, to expand our transportation network.
- Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements to ensure mutual growth and compliance.
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote services to new and existing partners.
- Monitor partner performance metrics and provide constructive feedback to drive improvements.
- Maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders to foster loyalty.
- Conduct market research to identify trends in the transport and tourism industry.
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure seamless integration of new partners.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or partnership management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills with a focus on building trust.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Valid driving license is a strong plus for this role.
- Familiarity with the local tourism and transportation landscape in Bali is highly desirable.
