- Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research and lead generation
- Design and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns aligned with sales objectives
- Analyze market trends to inform strategic product positioning and pricing
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and potential clients
- Collaborate with sales teams to create compelling sales materials and presentations
- Track campaign performance using KPIs and optimize strategies based on data insights
- Coordinate with product teams to align marketing initiatives with product roadmaps
- Prepare monthly sales reports and forecasts for leadership review
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in B2B sales or marketing within industrial/manufacturing sector
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets through strategic marketing initiatives
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in CRM platforms and marketing analytics tools
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with ability to present to C-level executives
- Deep understanding of Indonesian market dynamics and regulatory requirements
- Certifications in digital marketing or project management preferred
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
