- Identify and recruit qualified real estate agents, property developers, and property owners to list on Umah Loka's platform
- Develop and execute targeted outreach strategies to expand our partner network across Bali
- Present platform benefits and value propositions to potential partners through personalized consultations
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders in the real estate sector
- Track and analyze sales metrics to optimize conversion rates and partnership growth
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop compelling promotional materials
- Stay current on Bali real estate market trends and competitive offerings
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development
- Proven track record in B2B sales or partnership acquisition
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders
- Deep understanding of Bali's real estate market or willingness to rapidly learn
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently and meet targets
