Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales plans to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets for the Bali region.
- Prospect, acquire, and nurture long-term relationships with new and existing clients, including hotels, resorts, interior designers, and retail buyers.
- Design and execute innovative marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels to enhance brand visibility and lead generation.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends, competitor activities, and potential business opportunities in the Indonesian market.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
- Collaborate closely with the design and production teams to ensure customer orders are fulfilled accurately and on time.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts using CRM tools, providing regular reports to management.
- Represent PT Anugerah Mitra Gemilang at industry trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of proven, successful experience in a Sales & Marketing role, ideally within the furniture, home decor, manufacturing, or hospitality industries.
- Deep understanding of the Bali market, local culture, and business etiquette.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and experience with CRM software.
- Highly self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently in a field sales environment.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Possession of a valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively within Bali.
