Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and update car listings on major online marketplaces and social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, Tokopedia).
- Create engaging visual content and copy to advertise new and used car models.
- Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally via chat and direct messages.
- Generate leads and coordinate with the showroom team to schedule test drives and vehicle deliveries.
- Analyze sales performance data to optimize marketing strategies and improve conversion rates.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on competitor activities and pricing trends.
- Assist in organizing showroom events and promotional campaigns.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or customer service within the automotive or retail industry.
- Strong knowledge of social media marketing tools and online advertising platforms.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with customers.
- Proficiency in using smartphone apps for photography and social media posting.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays during peak seasons.
- Valid driver's license is highly preferred.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
