Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute sales strategies targeting HORECA establishments (hotels, restaurants, cafes) in Tangerang region
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations highlighting packaging benefits for food service operations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with procurement managers and business owners
- Analyze market trends to identify new business opportunities and product development needs
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts using CRM systems
- Collaborate with marketing team to create promotional materials for HORECA sector
- Resolve client inquiries and ensure post-sales satisfaction
- Monitor competitor activities and pricing strategies
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience in FMCG or packaging industry
- Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably within HORECA sector
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills with ability to understand technical product specifications
- Familiarity with Tangerang's hospitality landscape and business networks
- Proficient in CRM software and sales analytics tools
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Valid driver's license with own transportation
