Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve monthly/quarterly targets for UPVC roofing and building materials
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, agents, retailers, and project contractors
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and competitive insights
- Present product demonstrations and technical specifications to potential clients
- Collaborate with marketing team on promotional campaigns and trade exhibitions
- Generate detailed sales reports and forecasts for regional management
- Provide after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing of building materials/construction products
- Proven track record in B2B sales with distributors and retail partners
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills with ability to close complex deals
- Familiarity with UPVC roofing products or construction materials industry
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and basic English
- Valid driver's license with willingness for regional travel
