You will play a critical role in executing our marketing initiatives and driving sales growth, working closely with a supportive team that values innovation and high standards of service.
Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers in the automotive accessory segment.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through proactive outreach and market development.
- Execute marketing strategies, including promotional campaigns and product presentations to potential clients.
- Conduct regular market research to monitor competitor activity and identify new business opportunities.
- Manage customer inquiries and provide professional product consultations to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the supply chain team to ensure availability of key products.
- Prepare regular sales reports and performance updates for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a sales or marketing role, preferably within the automotive or retail industry.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Self-motivated with a high level of integrity and a goal-oriented mindset.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office and basic digital marketing tools.
- Willingness to travel locally within the Bandung area for client visits.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a high-performing team.
- Clean driving record and possession of a SIM C/A is a significant advantage.
