Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and generate high-quality leads.
- Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities within the target market sectors.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from initial prospecting, cold calling, and client meetings to closing deals and account management.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to improve sales performance and product offerings.
- Collaborate closely with engineering and technical teams to understand product capabilities and craft effective sales pitches.
- Prepare accurate sales reports, forecasts, and presentations for management review on a regular basis.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, or Business Development.
- Experience in the construction, telecommunications, or engineering industries is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of sales methodologies, customer relationship management (CRM), and negotiation techniques.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional and persuasive demeanor.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a cross-functional team.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive data-informed business decisions.
