Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and develop new customer acquisition strategies in Padang and surrounding areas
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and key stakeholders
- Execute sales plans to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and competitor activities
- Prepare detailed sales reports and performance analytics for leadership review
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop promotional campaigns
- Represent J&T Express at industry events and trade shows
- Provide feedback to product development teams based on customer insights
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (D3 graduates with experience considered)
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales or marketing roles
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in Bahasa Indonesia
- Strong understanding of Sumatera Barat market landscape
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Valid driver's license and willingness for local travel
