Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to promote industrial equipment and machinery.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify new business opportunities and understand client needs.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Prepare persuasive sales presentations, proposals, and contracts tailored to client requirements.
- Coordinate with technical and production teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Track sales performance, monitor market trends, and provide regular reports to management.
- Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and marketing events to represent the company brand.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales or marketing, preferably within the industrial equipment sector.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close deals effectively.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Valid driving license (SIM A) is a strong advantage for client visits.
