Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage all sales documentation, ensuring accuracy and timely submission of reports.
- Analyze market trends to develop effective sales strategies and achieve monthly and annual targets.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients to ensure high retention rates.
- Identify and explore new market opportunities to drive revenue growth.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with prospects and negotiate contracts to secure business deals.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to align sales efforts with promotional campaigns.
- Train and mentor junior sales staff to improve overall team performance.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales or marketing, preferably in the industrial or steel sector.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office Suite.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
