Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and mentor a high-performing offshore team focused on virtual student recruitment and engagement.
- Oversee the end-to-end execution of virtual recruitment events, ensuring high attendance and conversion rates.
- Monitor team KPIs, including lead generation, engagement metrics, and application conversions, providing regular reports to senior management.
- Collaborate with global marketing stakeholders to align local strategies with international recruitment goals.
- Conduct regular quality assurance checks on team interactions and outreach activities to maintain brand standards.
- Identify process bottlenecks and implement innovative solutions to improve team efficiency and student experience.
- Develop and facilitate training programs to enhance the team's sales techniques and product knowledge.
- Manage resource allocation and scheduling to ensure 24/7 coverage for global recruitment campaigns.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, or Student Recruitment, preferably within a BPO or shared services environment.
- Proven experience in a leadership or supervisory role (at least 2 years).
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and virtual event platforms (e.g., Zoom, GoToWebinar, MS Teams).
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software (such as Salesforce or HubSpot) and data analysis tools.
- Ability to thrive in a target-driven, fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
- Demonstrated ability to coach, motivate, and develop a diverse team of professionals.
