Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute aggressive sales strategies to drive revenue growth within the National Capital Region (NCR).
- Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities to expand our market share.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners to ensure high retention rates.
- Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activities.
- Present product demonstrations and compelling sales proposals to potential clients effectively.
- Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to optimize sales processes and increase conversion rates.
Kualifikasi
- Proven track record of success in sales, preferably within the adventure or tourism industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to persuade and negotiate.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with a 'Maverick' spirit to challenge the status quo.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a dynamic, collaborative team.
- Valid ID and must be willing to work full-time in Quezon City, Metro Manila.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM software is an advantage.
