Tanggung Jawab
- Ensure all Ina Cookies products are well-stocked, correctly priced, and attractively displayed on shelves.
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with store managers and retail staff.
- Implement promotional campaigns and visual merchandising plans to drive brand visibility.
- Monitor inventory levels and perform regular stock checks to prevent out-of-stock situations.
- Generate and submit daily sales and activity reports to the management team.
- Analyze competitor activities and market trends to provide actionable feedback.
- Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely product deliveries to retail outlets.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year of professional experience in Sales, Merchandising, or the FMCG/Retail sector.
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field is a plus).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with store partners.
- Deep understanding of visual merchandising techniques and shelf management.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in the field with minimal supervision.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned area in Surabaya.
- Proficiency in basic data reporting and mobile technology.
