As a Sales Merchandiser, you will be the face of our brand in the field. You will ensure that our products are perfectly displayed, inventory levels are optimized, and our retail partners have everything they need to drive sales growth. Tanggung Jawab
- Execute and maintain planograms and visual merchandising standards to ensure brand consistency at all retail points.
- Monitor stock levels daily and coordinate with store management to process timely replenishment orders.
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with store managers and key retail staff.
- Collect and report field data, including competitor activity, stock availability, and consumer feedback.
- Implement promotional displays and point-of-sale materials to maximize product visibility and drive sell-through.
- Ensure all product displays are clean, organized, and compliant with safety and brand standards.
- Provide training or guidance to retail store staff regarding new product launches and features.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; Bachelorās degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in sales, retail merchandising, or consumer goods (FMCG) is preferred.
- Possess a valid motorcycle driving license (SIM C) and have access to a personal vehicle.
- Strong understanding of local retail channels in the Jawa Barat region.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to follow visual merchandising guidelines.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly, service-oriented attitude.
- Ability to work independently, manage a daily route, and meet performance-based targets.
- Proficient in using mobile reporting tools and basic office software.
