Tanggung Jawab
- Market Monitoring: Monitor and analyze market trends in Jambi to identify new sales opportunities.
- Visual Excellence: Ensure high-quality product display and visual merchandising standards at all assigned retail outlets.
- Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with store owners and key accounts to maximize shelf space.
- Stock Management: Execute promotional activities and ensure consistent product availability to meet consumer demand.
- Route Execution: Conduct regular store visits to audit stock levels, replenish inventory, and report on discrepancies.
- Strategic Collaboration: Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective strategies for expanding market penetration.
Kualifikasi
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in any field, preferably Marketing, Business, or Agriculture.
- Experience: Proven experience as a Sales Merchandiser or similar role in the FMCG sector.
- Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with retail staff.
- Organization: Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple daily routes efficiently.
- Driving: Valid driver’s license is highly preferred for regional mobility.
- Computer Skills: Basic computer literacy for reporting and data entry tasks.
