Alamii Food, a fast-growing name in the healthy food industry, is looking for a dedicated Sales Merchandiser (SMD/SPG) to join our team in Makassar. In this role, you will be the face of our brand, ensuring our premium products are perfectly displayed, well-stocked, and visible to our customers.
You will play a critical role in driving sales performance at the store level by building strong relationships with retail partners and ensuring our merchandising standards are met. Tanggung Jawab
- Ensure all Alamii Food products are displayed according to brand standards and planograms.
- Maintain stock levels on shelves and perform regular stock checks to prevent out-of-stocks.
- Engage proactively with customers to explain product benefits and drive brand awareness.
- Monitor competitor activities, including pricing and promotional displays, and report findings to the supervisor.
- Implement promotional materials and Point of Sale (POS) displays effectively.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the assigned product areas.
- Build and sustain positive relationships with store managers and staff to secure better shelf space.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SMA/SMK graduate in any field.
- Previous experience as an SMD, SPG, or Sales Promotion in the FMCG industry is a strong advantage.
- Energetic, communicative, and possess a target-oriented mindset.
- Willing to work in the field and mobile within the Makassar area.
- Well-groomed with a professional appearance and attitude.
- Ability to operate basic smartphone apps for reporting and administrative tasks.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under minimal supervision.
